Involved Motivated Parents and Community Teaching our Kids
It takes everyone to teach kids the importance of education and to instill in them good moral standards. Campbell Elementary has many individuals who help make this happen. Our students are #1 and I.M.P.A.C.T. Kids tries to show them they are #1.
There are two major fundraisers during the school year. The first is in the fall and the other is in the spring. With the money raised, the students are rewarded throughout the year. Treats are given out on Red Ribbon Week and during MAP testing days. There are monthly birthday parties for those students having a birthday for each particular month. At the end of the year students are rewarded with a Fun Day.This day is filled with activities including bounce inflatables.
I.M.P.A.C.T. Kids also helps fund the Accelerated Reading Program. AR is a computer program that helps teachers and librarians manage and monitor children’s independent reading practice.
With the teachers' help, all students are recognized and treated throughout the year.
There are several volunteers who help continuously during the school to ensure that things flow smoothly and that the students are rewarded and treated.
I.M.P.A.C.T. Kids Volunteers are: Brittany Durham, Christina Hann, Chris Cochran,
& Linda Morgan
